• Techniques under the tutelage of a Sannin •
Technique:
Fūton: Rasenshuriken This technique was derived from Wind Release: Rasengan. Rasengan, in turn, was originally invented by Minato Namikaze in hopes of combining it with his elemental affinity. Because of his early death, the technique was left incomplete. Jiraiya taught this technique to Naruto. Failed attempt: Kakashi Hatake (Rasengan + Lightning) |
Technique:
Hyakugou Seal This technique required storing chakra for a period of time and excellent control in its use. The seal is marked by a diamond shape on the forehead. This seal was developed and taught by Tsunade. Failed attempt: Shizune |
• Techniques inspired by the Brother •
Technique:
Enton: Kagutsuchi This was derived from Amaterasu, a technique Sasuke obtained from Itachi. Sasuke's own version applies shape transformation, differentiating Amaterasu from Enton: Kagutsuchi. |
Technique:
Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms This technique was, in Hinata's case, hinted to be inspired (taught?) by Neji. Neji was able to use this during the Chuunin Exams, a feat Hinata was unable to do then. After which Hinata performed her own move, Gentle Step: Twin Lion Fists. |
