Vocabulary:
- genjitsu - reality → genHinata would mean the real Hinata.
- nisemono - imitation, refers to the Tsukuyomi world → niseSasuke would mean Charasuke.
Road to Ninja
The premise of the movie was about Obito casting a limited Tsukuyomi on Naruto (and Sakura, because she was with him) to draw out and capture Kurama. Their greatest desires at that time were granted - a family to go home to for Naruto and freedom from her own for Sakura.
The setting of the Tsukuyomi world appeared to be almost the opposite of the real one, especially with people having altered persona.
The setting of the Tsukuyomi world appeared to be almost the opposite of the real one, especially with people having altered persona.
By comparison, some characters may have swapped(?) personalities to a certain extent:
- Chōji and Shikamaru
Under Tsukuyomi, niseChōji preferred the bathhouse while niseShikamaru preferred yakiniku instead.
In the bathhouse, genChōji slipped because of the soap suds.
Under Tsukuyomi, niseShikamaru purposefully glided along them.
- Ino and Hinata
Upon suspecting Lee of peeping, genIno lashed out at him.
genHinata tried to cover herself when the boys came.
Under Tsukuyomi, niseHinata lashed out as niseIno shied away.
Despite these, it may have also been implied that feelings of affection were left unchanged. This may be true for:
- genHinata, who pines for genNaruto as niseHinata pines for Menma (niseNaruto)
- genNaruto, who pines for genSakura as Menma was hinted to pine for niseSakura.
Road to Charasuke
Charasuke (niseSasuke) was a player. He flirted shamelessly with girls but someone was able to catch his attention: niseHinata with niseIno's personality.
niseHinata initially planned for Charasuke to seduce Sakura so she can have Menma for herself. In order to foil this, niseIno performed Shintenshin no Jutsu on niseHinata and tried to talk Charasuke out. This proved to be successful as Charasuke found niseHinata's verbal expression cute.
Assuming that even under Tsukuyomi the feelings of affection were left unchanged, who can possibly grab genSasuke's attention?
- genIno
However, niseIno's personality do not match genIno's personality.
- genHinata
Moreover,
niseHinata (appearance) + niseIno (personality) ↔ genHinata
